In 2012, I began working within a high-end placement agency in Newton, supporting families whose expectations extended far beyond traditional hiring.
These were environments where every detail mattered—education, presence, communication style, cultural fit, and the ability to integrate into a highly curated lifestyle.
Candidates were not simply selected—they were carefully matched.
I worked alongside private psychologists to develop personality profiles that ensured long-term alignment between families and candidates. Every placement required a deep understanding of both sides—values, expectations, and unspoken dynamics.
To elevate the process, I introduced curated video profiles—allowing families to experience candidates beyond a résumé, capturing presence, demeanor, and authenticity.
It was during this time that I developed a principle that continues to guide my work:

Today, I apply that same philosophy within one of the most demanding customer service environments in the world—international aviation.
I operate at a leadership level, supporting premium global carriers including Delta Air Lines, Air France, and KLM.
In this role, I do not simply provide staffing—I study each brand in depth.
From service standards and tone of communication to passenger expectations and cultural nuance, every detail is analyzed to ensure that the individuals representing the brand deliver a consistent and elevated experience.
Each team member is personally developed and trained to reflect the identity of the airline they represent—serving travelers who expect precision, discretion, and a seamless journey at every touchpoint.
This environment demands consistency under pressure, decisive leadership, and an uncompromising standard of presentation.
It is here that I refined my ability to identify individuals who can not only perform—but represent a brand at the highest level.
Most organizations approach hiring reactively—filling roles under pressure and often at the last minute.
In doing so, urgency replaces intention, and the quality of the hire is compromised.
I approach this differently.
Before identifying a candidate, I study the organization itself—its culture, leadership, service expectations, and internal dynamics. I look beyond the role to understand the environment the individual will step into.
Each candidate is selected not only for experience, but for presence, communication, and personality—ensuring they do not simply meet expectations, but complete the team.
